Today, I’m going to review Motioney; a software that creates ‘live’ photos and creates engagement on social media or even your website.
If you aren’t happy with the sales you get from your ads or posts, Motioney could very well be what you need to bring your ads ‘to life’.
With a single, simple picture taken with your phone, digital camera or one you’ve already have on your computer, you can create a ‘moving’ picture’. With a simple 3 step process, you can create unique, attention grabbing video ads and posts.
With Motioney, you can create engagement with your social media posts. You need posts to grab a person’s attention so they don’t just scroll past to someone else’s post. When people see your ‘moving’ pictures, they will most probably go “wow, how did they do that?”
‘Live pictures’ are almost impossible to ignore and are more likely to get shares and even go viral.
Without the right tool, a ‘live’ picture is difficult to create and it could take days to make or cost a lot of money to hire someone to create for you.
When you purchase the ‘front end’ product, at a massive discount, by the way, you also receive ‘commercial rights’. What this means is that you can sell the video ads and ‘live’, animated pictures that you create.
You can use your live, animated pictures on social media, your websites, blogs, inside emails or anywhere you can post a simple video or GIF.
Check out the following demo to see how EASY it is.
Motioney is a desktop software for both PC & Mac and requires no experience. You can use any picture. All you have to do is click your mouse from vertical to square to regular HD. You can take any picture regardless of how it was shot, the size or the quality and bring it to life in just seconds.
Motioney combines the power of video with simplicity of pictures for you to use for your social media video ad posts.
Plus you can use them on web pages, inside emails or anywhere you can post a simple video or Gif.
You can export your newly created ‘live’ picture, right to your computer by clicking the export button. From the resolution to the size, you can export your animation in multiple versions of file types; MP4, mov, jpg, PNG, Gif and even FLV format.
You can even set the number of times you want the animation to loop and voila, export it right onto your computer and just like that, you have ‘animated’ a random picture, in just seconds.
As you can see Motioney is an easy-to-use, powerful desktop app. With the motioney software, you get fascinating, eye-catching viral life pictures that your visitors will love and which are perfect for both call to action or establishing your brand. This will translate into attracting more clicks and shares to increase your exposure.
There are video tutorials that will take you through the creation process but it really is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
The more basic the pic you use, the easier the software. I had some issues with how much time it took to get the pictures to work the way I wanted. Some pics just wouldn’t work the way I had envisioned. Also, exporting the movie formats worked well but the pictures looked horrible and didn’t look ‘live’. I don’t know if it was something on my end that caused the pictures to export, looking so bad but I wasn’t impressed with the software. I would have preferred if it had been offered as a ‘cloud based’ program.
With the ‘Commercial License’, there are no restrictions on the number of videos and GIFs that you can create. You can even sell your ‘live’ pictures or use them for your clients for top dollar. You can charge hundreds per month for social media content creation services on Fiverr or sell those services to your local clients.
I wasn’t going to recommend this product because I’m not fully happy with the results. BUT, testing it out more fully, the ‘custom’ setting works really well for pics and videos exports. Until I discovered this, I was going to put in for a ‘refund’ but have decided to keep it. There are several ways I can use the ‘live’ pics I create, now that I have discovered a way that works. I do have a support ticket in to see if I can find out WHY when using the other settings, other than ‘Custom’, the pics turn out all smushed, blurry and grainy.
Motioney is a yearly subscription, so I likely won’t renew next June, but in the mean time, I will take advantage of the ‘live’ moving pictures for some of my promotions.
Below, I have included a couple of sample pics.
720P Portrait – 10fps Gif Custom – 30fps Gif
This pic works well as a ‘live’ pic. It just doesn’t show in that format on this blog post but you can check out several samples, here – Motioney pic / video samples Some of the pics I uploaded for you to check out are ones that didn’t turn out.
The .mov, mp4, flv files all looked like these pics. The 720p and some of the other settings exported poorly BUT when exporting under ‘Custom’, the movies & pics exported well.
pic didn’t turn out pic turned out really well
The first pic turned out with the same poor quality for 10, 30 & 60fps
The above setting ‘Custom’ worked great.
The sizes, height & width would automatically change to incorporate your 720 settings. But, for whatever reason, I couldn’t get to export nicely.
